In the Archangel region all newborns will be vaccinated against hepatitis B. Approximately 10 000 children will each receive three doses in 2001 and 10 000 in 2002.
The project will also fund immunisation against rubella in some targeted groups.
In total approximately 80 000 children will be reached by this project.
