    Objectives A PHC-based model for prevention of infectious diseases in Arkhangelsk Oblast will be developed during the year 2002. The model will be elaborated in close collaboration between the model PHCs in Arkhangelsk and Russian and Swedish experts of primary health care, infectious diseases and preventive medicine. The main responsibility rests at the Arkhangelsk Health Department.
