We want to be an active supporter of the first Russian Management Program.
Activities: Swedish support with lessons in Russian seminars.
Obstacles to goal attainment/Risk analysis: The ongoing hard job with the Russian Health Reform makes risk to loose focus on the Management Program. The organisation for handling the Management Program is not powerful enough.
Sustainability and phase-out: In the end of 2007 there should be clear skills for organising and handling the Management Program in Leningrad Oblast.
|Background||In Leningrad and probably all Russia, there has in the last time been no practical training of managers in the Health Care. This Management Program is a good support in the ongoing reform of Russian Health Care and also in directly supporting the development of Family Medicine and prevention.|
|Objectives||We want to be an active supporter of the first Russian Management Program.|
|Specific objectives/indicators||The purpose is to strengthen the sustainability of our former work with Management Program.|
|Results||We expect that responsibility and capacity is established in Leningrad Oblast, Health Committee for independently making Russian Management Program for future leaders in the Health Care.|
