Objectives The project aims at developing a strategy and common policy to tackle alcohol and drug abuse in the workplace at the Onega tractor plant in Petrozavodsk, Russia. Employees who abuse alcohol will be given support to change their lifestyle via the workplace. Scanagri Sweden AB will cooperate with the Administration of the city of Petrozavodsk in the project. The Swedish counterpart was selected in an open tender.
