NDPHS database

Connected external databases

Introduction

Information included in the NDPHS Database is collected from several sources to ensure as comprehensive and complete overview as possible. To that effect every effort has been taken by the NDPHS to identify and connect also external databases containing information relevant to its own database. This aims at increasing the reach of the information and allows to more widely disseminate information contained in those databases, and to do so seamlessly and effortlessly. At the same time the visibility of the source databases is also increased as each record included in the NDPHS Database that comes from them is properly tagged with the source name.

Connected databases

Below are listed the external databases, which have been connected to the NDPHS Database. Unless otherwise stated, external databases are linked to the NDPHS Database through an automatic feed or a parsing mechanism. This means that the NDPHS Database runs a fully automated routine, which contacts the linked source databases on a regular basis to update new project information.

Visitors of this website are encouraged to inform the NDPHS Secretariat about any other relevant databases that might be connected to the NDPHS Database.

Disclaimer

The NDPHS does not take any responsibility for the completeness and accuracy of the information originating from the external databases linked to the NDPHS Database. While every effort is taken by the NDPHS to ensure that only relevant information would be contained in the NDPHS Database, considering that information and data from the external databases are harvested automatically (unless otherwise stated), this can not be taken for granted.
